How can we work together?
We are firm believers in full transparency and win-win relationships. Our entire system is based on trust and interdependence (your success is our success), which is why we have decided that if you are not convinced the sparring will add value to you, your team or your organization; you are free to not pay your first invoice, and our cooperation and future appointments will automatically be cancelled.
You can choose to work with us on an hourly basis – our consulting fees start at DKK 1500 per hour – or you can choose a monthly subscription, which includes:
- 1-3 hours of consulting per month at a discounted rate
- Personal sparring throughout the process (phone/e-mails)

In January 2017 after 13 years in HR, I decided to leave. I want my kids to be able to work in a place that is significantly different from any place that I have experienced in my career so far.
